Trade fairs and events abroad: an opportunity for growth and internationalisation.

Europrogress considers participation in trade fair events to be fundamental in a process of growth and diversification. It is not only a showcase for exhibiting new products, future events and market trends. It is an important opportunity to meet customers, suppliers and a chance to find interesting partnerships and strengthen one’s visibility in unreached markets.

Thanks to the contribution offered by the participation of the Call for Export Promotion and Trade Fairs 2022, Europrogress was able to participate in trade fairs of an international character focusing on countries outside the EU such as the United States, Vietnam, South America and the Middle East.

Below are some of the most relevant trade fairs of an international character:

FRUIT ATTRACTION (Madrid, Spain)
This is a leading trade fair for professionals in the fruit and vegetable sector, and the fair made it possible to collect very interesting contacts in order to establish useful synergies for the knowledge of the Europrogress name in the field of greenhouse cultivation in South America.

FRUIT LOGISTICA (Berlin, Germany)
The event is crucial for the marketing of fresh produce and its reprocessing chain. It also brings together exhibitors from 90 countries, with decision-makers from more than 140 countries visiting.
Participation made it possible to establish contacts with partners from the Balkans, Romania, and Uzbekistan for the marketing of plants for protected crops in view of government-funded aid plans to revive the agricultural sector.

MACFRUT (Rimini, Italy) – MYPLANT (Milan, Italy)
A look at internalisation but without forgetting the importance of the domestic market, especially the floricultural sector.
The two fairs are becoming crucial for recruiting increasingly specialised buyers from all over the world. Sustainability is a hot topic, in fact Europrogress has promoted facilities that embrace this philosophy to help greenhouse users maximise their cultures while minimising waste.

SIPSA (Algiers, Algeria)
The trade fair in Algeria dedicated to the agriculture, machinery and equipment sector is growing all the time. Participation made it possible to meet customers who would like to implement greenhouse projects over a period of two to three years, so a meeting at the fair is essential in order to better understand their needs and propose the most appropriate solutions.

SIVAL (Angers, France)
SIVAL is an international exhibition of plant production techniques. As a platform and crossroads for innovation and concrete solutions, SIVAL is a place for exchanges directly related to the challenges of the future.
For Europrogress, it is also an opportunity to reconnect with its network of agents and resellers, propose to them the novelties in the range and help them to correctly dispatch requests in order to better satisfy the end customer.

HORTEX (Vietnam)
The first international conference specialising in horticultural and floricultural production and processing technology in Vietnam.
For Europrogress, it represented a challenge to expand into non-EU markets, especially because it was essential to find possible resellers to better understand the needs of this market and then find structural solutions to adapt our greenhouses to local growing requirements.
The call for tenders promoted by the E-R Region made it possible to support our growth project on which we are constantly working to improve our knowledge, skills and technologies in order to offer only the best to our customers.
